No, both members and non-members can book event spaces at BlakeSt. However, non-members are required to meet a minimum spend. That said, once you experience our elevated culinary program, warm community of members, and the stunning, art-filled House, you just might find yourself wanting to become a member. Your rental fee includes access to the designated event space, tables, chairs, plates, glassware, flatware, linen napkins, and music speakers. We also offer limited A/V equipment, including a microphone and speakers, at no additional cost.

Our world-class culinary team is sure to impress, leaving little need to look elsewhere for catering. That said, we’re always open to discussing the occasional exception.
