From HIIT classes to yoga flows to guided meditation, our Wellness Studio is equipped for the physical and mental challenges our Members set for themselves.

  • HIIT Classes

    Our Fitness Coaches lead dynamic High Intensity Interval Training group classes to sculpt, tone, and strengthen. With TRX, barre, and functional fitness options, we offer something for every body.

  • Yoga & Pilates

    We host a variety of yoga and pilates options each week to stretch, limber, and flex. Some of our most popular classes are mat-based in the studio.

  • Restorative Classes

    This space also lends itself to more quiet, restorative practices. At least once a day, the Studio hosts either a meditation-based class or a breathwork session under the guidance of qualified instructors.
