Our Community Norms

Technology Policy
To ensure a welcoming atmosphere and the privacy of our members while in the House, phone calls and video calls are not permitted in the Wellness spaces at BlakeSt, nor in the locker rooms.
Our no-screen time begins at 5:30 PM daily around the House. We encourage you to use this time to put away work, strike up a conversation, and enjoy the evening with one another. You can use a screen in the Library at any time, whereas the Restaurant is a no-screen zone at all times.

BlakeSt upholds a "No Smoking" policy 100% of the time
We are a cashless facility
No outside food or drink
No pets or animals (excluding service animals)
An automatic gratuity of 20% will be applied to all tabs left open
