Strength

AQUAFIT

Improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone, and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water for a refreshing and invigorating total body workout.

BARRE

Combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates and strength training. This class uses classic dance moves such as plies alongside static stretches.

BARRE BALANCE

Barre Balance is a high energy, low impact, total body workout. Its focus is on isometric movements that sculpt the arms using free weights and your own body resistance. This is followed by targeted barre work to sculpt the thighs, lift and firm the glutes, and strengthen and flatten the core.

BARRE STRENGTH FUSION

Fusing the best of both worlds: Barre & strength training! Get a dynamic full-body workout that will help balance & strengthen the muscles in your body!

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Uses strength exercises to prepare the body for real-life activities. Movements such as squatting, reaching, pulling, and lifting will be made easier with this functional fitness class.

HEATED POWER YOGA

Experience a fast-paced heated yoga flow that cultivates balance, stability, flexibility, and vigor. Breath awareness and coordination are carried throughout the practice as the asana ebbs and flows between effort and ease. Challenge yourself to something new!

MAT PILATES

Combines precise movement, stretching, centering and breathing to effectively tone and strengthen all muscle groups.

PILATES STRENGTH FUSION

Fusing the best of both worlds: pilates & strength training! Get a dynamic full-body workout that will help balance & strengthen the muscles in your body!

POWER

Increase your total body strength with exercises structured into seamless circuits. Activate your power in this energetic, invigorating, muscle-building workout.

POWER PILATES

This contemporary style Pilates class is a more intense version to a classic Pilates workout that combines strength training with longer reps and fewer breaks using more controlled movements and challenging variations to traditional Pilates exercises. This class will challenge your muscles and is designed to build core strength, stability, and muscular endurance using a variety of props such as ankle weights, hand weights, bands, magic circle, and a stability ball. Open to Intermediate & Advanced Levels.

POWER YOGA

Experience a fast-paced yoga flow that cultivates balance, stability, flexibility, and vigor. Breath awareness and coordination are carried throughout the practice as the asana ebbs and flows between effort and ease. Challenge yourself to something new!

STRENGTH AND STRETCH

This class will focus on hypertrophy training, which is about increasing muscle mass by stimulating muscle growth using moderate to heavy weights. Each class will focus on specific muscle groups that include both isolation and compound movements working toward a certain amount of reps in a designated period of time, with short rest periods between sets.

TARGETED STRENGTH

Focusing on specific muscle groups each week, this class combines various exercises and techniques to challenge and build overall strength.

TEAM BEATS STRENGTH

Teambeats Strength is a strength focused interval workout that blends resistance training with high-intensity intervals to build muscle, boost endurance, and burn calories. Alternating between weighted strength moves and cardio bursts, it targets all major muscle groups while keeping your heart rate elevated. 

TRX MOVEMENT

Experience total body strength exercises utilizing the TRX Suspension trainer designed to increase strength, stability, and balance.

YOGA SCULPT

A high-intensity yoga workout that incorporates strength training exercises for a full-body workout.

Cardio

ALL LEVELS SWIM

For swimmers that feel comfortable in the water and are looking to improve their technique and stroke. This class meets outside at the Pool House.

BURN

A fast-paced, high-energy cardio class focused on improving your endurance by building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn.

HIIT BARRE BLAST

Improve your endurance and condition your cardiovascular system. The quick HIIT-intense bursts of barre exercises will help target a well-balanced, strong body.

TEAM BEATS

Experience a fast-paced, high-energy, full-body class designed to build lean muscle and accelerate fat loss while tracking your heart rate.

TRX INTERVALS

Increasing intensity from our TRX Movement class by adding an element of HIIT cardio to this bodyweight workout.

Restorative

BREATHWORK

Discover profound relaxation, stress reduction, and states of meditation through a transformative breathwork journey with Dr. Justin Ternes. This practice will cover a variety of breathing tools and techniques to help you optimize mental, physical, and emotional health and performance.

DECOMPRESS

Step away from the demands of your workday and enter a space designed to help you reset and recharge. Decompression is a guided session focused on clearing your mind, relieving stress, and restoring a sense of calm. Through a combination of gentle movement, mindfulness practices, deep breathing, and light stretching, this class creates the perfect opportunity to release tension, quiet mental chatter, and reconnect with yourself.

FLOW & ROLL

Experience the perfect blend of dynamic movement and deep relaxation in this Vinyasa Flow class with myofascial release. We’ll guide you through a fluid sequence of yoga poses, synchronized with your breath to build strength, flexibility, and balance. 

To complement the flow, we’ll incorporate myofascial release techniques using props like therapy balls and foam rollers, targeting tight muscles and connective tissue. These techniques help release tension, improve mobility, and enhance recovery, leaving you feeling more open and relaxed.

MEDITATE & RESTORE YOGA

Gentle, restorative movement combined with breath and meditation, to provide you with a balanced connection of body, mind, and spirit.

PILATES ROLL & RESTORE

This class consists of Pilates mat work exercises using a Foam Roller which allows for additional challenge for traditional pilates exercises. The foam roller will mimic exercises on a reformer and are designed to improve strength, balance, mobility, and range of motion while providing additional stretching and massage.

POOLSIDE YOGA

Move seamlessly through yoga asanas (postures) connected with your breath. Build heat in the body as you strengthen the connection to your mind.

SOUND MEDITATION

Learn how to meditate while listening to a variety of different sound modalities such as records, crystals chimes, sound bowls, or guided meditations in the Sound Lounge. Walk away feeling refreshed & recharged.

STRETCH & LIMBER YOGA

Focusing on increasing flexibility and body awareness while decreasing physical and mental tension, experience longer holds in a yin-style yoga practice.

TOE-GA

Toe-ga is a dynamic 60-minute class designed to enhance foot strength, lower body mobility, and boost overall balance. Through a series of targeted exercises and techniques, participants will regain resiliency and mobility in their feet and ankles, promoting better stability and performance in everyday activities. Perfect for those looking to improve their foundational and functional fitness.
