Phoenix and Colleen are hosting the ultimate fitness experience at The Rise in Coler Preserve. They’ll split the group in half, and while one team tackles the stairs with Phoenix, the other half will do bodyweight cardio and core at the base of the climb with Colleen. This is a high-energy, full-sweat experience. Come prepared with a towel and water bottle of your own, and park close to the North Coler entrance.
