SELF-CARE SUNDAY

Environmental self-care involves creating a space where you feel calm, grounded, and safe. Our space impacts us and can have a direct impact on mental health. In this Self-Care Sunday session, counselor Jessica Turner will identify strategies for establishing spaces that promote mental wellness, including decluttering, redesigning, and optimizing the spaces you already have available.
