Dawn and Hawkes is an indie-folk Americana band from Austin, Texas. Comprised of Miranda Dawn and Chris Hawkes, the duo has performed at Austin City Limits, Folk Alliance, and South by Southwest, as well as abroad. They draw lyrical inspiration from the American deserts and mountains, navigating a shared journey through mortality, grief, and compassion for differing perspectives.
