We’re combining Men’s and Women’s Book Clubs to honor a very special author and guest, Janie Mines. Janie will be present to discuss her book, “No Coincidences: Reflections of the First Black Female Graduate of the Naval Academy.” Inside this telling autobiography, Janie details her experiences as the first black woman to enter and graduate from the U.S. Naval Academy, confronting issues of race and gender through the lens of faith and resilience.
