As the closing ceremony of our Olympic-themed month, we’re hosting an “Around the World” Dinner featuring a lively fusion of global flavors. This progressive five-course dinner will take you on a journey through some of the world’s favorite culinary traditions, highlighting the joining of cultures we see at the Olympic Games. Arrive at 6:30 PM to order a pre-dinner drink, and enjoy a complimentary amuse-bouche from the Culinary Team. Executive Chef Casey Copeland will be an integral part of the dining experience, introducing each course and interacting with our guests to explain the uniqueness of each dish.
