Step into our Sicilian summer escape at Carmela, BlakeSt’s newest Backyard pop-up. This summer, our Backyard Bar has transformed into Carmela, a lush, sun-drenched garden rooted in Sicily’s vibrant flavors and timeless spirit. In Italian, Carmela means “garden,” and that’s what we hope to cultivate for you this summer—a place where community blooms and the freshest ingredients shine. Inspired by rolling hills, seaside villages, and abundant citrus groves of the Sicilian countryside, Carmela brings the romance and richness of Old World traditions right to the heart of Bentonville.
Whether you’re lingering over lunch with friends, enjoying aperitivo hour under the stars, or dancing late into the night at one of our summer events, Carmela invites you to slow down, savor each bite, and soak in la dolce vita.

The Counter offers fast service, healthy options, and delicious food. The Counter is the go-to spot for nourishing, grab-and-go meals that fit a healthy lifestyle and fuel your day.
The Counter’s menu is available throughout the House, making it easy to enjoy food you love while staying true to your wellness goals. From Mini Frittatas to Thai Chicken Spring Rolls, and even our famous BlakeSt Burger, The Counter aims to serve fresh flavors daily.
Reservations are not required for the lounge spaces.
